Interesting, I've recently updated our DNS servers and both had IP changes. I'd contacted Civica and said we've updated stuff please update your system, and they did it. You shouldn't be held ransom if you want to change your infrasture settings/config... 1 server, 1 vending machine, 2 reval units and 7 tills needed updating here.
