  1. Thank Jaan That's interesting that they just did it and on a larger scale. We are changing all our VLANS and subnets across the school so all server addresses will change. I don't want to leave it to chance that they will change it FOC. You are right we shouldn't be held to ransom. Civica has not been the best for support - things were much easier with NRS. I think the trust will be making some decisions when it comes to contract renewal time.
  2. Just wondering if anyone knows what needs doing on the tills if we change the cashless catering server address? Can't be that difficult but don't want to miss anything. Contacted Civica about changing server IP address and they want £1652 +VAT to change the 3 tills that we have! I have asked them to justify the cost in terms of number of days / engineers on site and they haven't responded. TIA Neil
  3. Hello, I am urgently trying to source an LSI MegaRAID SAS 8704ELP L1-01116-04 PCIe x card if anyone has one lying around in an old server. TIA Neil
  4. We have just completed the installation of Windows 10 across our school network with reasonable success. However there are a few remaining niggles to sort out with the main one being a problem with downloads when using a Chromium based browser (Chrome or Edge in our case). Downloading a file from anywhere looks like its downloading ie. the icon and progress show at the bottom of the browser, a filename appears in the users downloads folder but then there is a pause before showing Failed - insufficient permissions - The file then disappears from the users downloads folder. Users cannot save to any location even a USB drive. It works fine as an administrator. Internet Explorer also downloads files correctly. The user can create, modify, delete files etc in the downloads folder without issue. The users folders are redirected via Group Policy. Tried removing all the policies and still get the same issue. We are in an Azure hybrid joined domain and we are using Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Windows 10 Pro Edu. Any help appreciated.
  5. The very same Neil. I just don't seem to be having any luck getting it working but as yet we are still not sure which bit is not working. Access to frog itself is not a problem - that works internally and externally. It's the Secure Gateway and the email we still have issues with and is the most urgent. The email may be a simple domain name issue and we should be able to sort that with our ISP. Neil
  6. I would be very grateful if you could let me have details of how you got Secure Gateway working. I seem to be having lots of problems with it but I am struggling to see if it's our ISA, Frog or our ISP. Do you have a copy of the ISA rules and the Frog settings that you have used please. TIA Neil
  7. I have Frog published through ISA 2006 - it took a while! However I haven't yet got Secure Gateway to work.
