Thanks, all sorted uninstalled and reinstalled with new another driver dated 2016 but it does the job so I will leave it for now see if Windows changes anything over the next couple of weeks.

Ok did some more testing installed the Office Copier and as well and it works fine but switching back to the ITSuite Copier it causes Office to crash when choosing printer properties, its as though it can't access the web interface of the printer driver. Not just word but excel as well. It still prints so I will look for an updated driver see if its a driver issue.

As some have already pointed out its not really related to GFS or Drive its PowerPoint protected mode as it was throwing up the error with any powerpoint file downloaded from the internet so as a workaround in respect of the error message I got round it by turning off Protected File Mode in the Trust Centre of Powerpoint.
