    Do not use group policy to do this. This credentials are stored in clear text and all domain users can read them. Also the password is readable in the registry. This utility can encrypt the password. This is much safer, assuming you lockdown who has local admin rights. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/autologon

    I thought waiting for them to boot whilst installing updates is a thing of the past? With SDD and modern version of Windows 10 it adds a few seconds to boot, even for major release updates. What is the device spec and what build of Windows do you use?

    Interestingly my works iPhone 12 didn’t ask for a reboot. My personal iPhone 11 did.

    BYOD is standard here. Schools usually publish a list of approved documents devices. The parent can find their own or purchase via suggested suppliers.

    This did the trick. I used this to add to the search and dumped it all into a CSV file. This will be used in a series of templates to automate our Active Directory activities and this has been key. Thanks to everyone who helped.

    Hello, I am making various script to automate tasks. i would like to log data pulled from AD, place it into a CSV. I am using this code Get-ADUser -Filter * -SearchBase "OU=Finance,OU=UserAccounts,DC=FABRIKAM,DC=COM" | Export-CSV filename.csv -Append -NoTypeInformation I would like to add the current date and time into each row, this is so we will know when the data was pulled. Can anyone assist please? I am only finding how to name the file with the current date rather than adding it into the CSV. Thanks

    Was the form created on your Office 365 tenant? It wasn't created on another tennant (this has been an issue with a Uni placement student in the past) or a personal account (not sure if that's possible)?

    The issue is that CPU is already 5-6 years old. By the time they leave service they will be approaching 10!

    Considering networks are turning off 3G (Vodafone for example) it seems a little waste of resources to set it up on anything below 4G.

    Considering they had the same properly during previous testing (not nationwide), I’m not confident it’s been addressed.
