  18. Exact opposite of the topic but some time ago I rearranged my bank accounts and accidentally cancelled several charity direct debits we have decided to re-instate them but sending the money to the local Food Bank after seeing several things saying they are having problems becuase of people who would normally donate - having to cut back Also - I have seen several articles saying it is better to send them money rather than directly donating food the reason is that the money allows them to re-stock with what they need NOW and also allows then to buy in bulk and save money For those than can afford it I suggest you think about helping out other comments about Food Banks deleted for amphibious reasons
  19. Not for me I would recognise Kylie but Neighbours was always the show that would make me switch the telly off and find something better to do I always tend to try to avoid soaps - especially the foreigh ones - as they can get addictive unlike 'Find It, Fix It Flog It" which is awesome and now I've found "Junk and Disorderly" send help!!!

  22. Thanks I think this is a point that most people are not aware of - so I take the view that it is best to assume that cars etc will generally assume that you will stop for them If I am driving I will generally try to slow down enough for the cyclists to cross before I get there - if I can
  23. Just finished the 3rd series of American Gods didn;t have much expectations of it but thought I would give it a go MUCH better than I expected until the end of Series 3 thought it ended it all up with a wonderful set up for a great last series which is how the writers saw it - and expected it to go until is was cencelled at the last minute so they couldn;t even try to tidy it up in the last one of Series 3 what a pain - still great ending
