Our users have redirected Documents as per the below: I'm just worried after reading some things online about how this policy needs to be reversed and each user logon to each PC to pull down new settings before a migration??? Hi all, I'm doing a bit of fund-raising throughout February for a very worthy cause. I'm taking on 28 Miles in February to raise money for the one million people that are living with dementia in the UK today. The first treatments that can slow Alzheimer's disease are now on the horizon. My Mum died of this very cruel disease back in 2022. This was just one of the amazing tributes left for her. I knew Joan most of my life. As a teacher she was nothing short of outstanding in all subjects she taught, she helped many of us achieve greater things with her guidance & teaching always managing to be respected by both girls, boys & parents alike. Always fair and ready to listen. She was my Guide/Ranger leader for many years who made guiding a fun activity alongside teaching us many skills, willing us on to reach our potential. Many a camping trip or Hike she led in both Northumberland and Lake District also later as a ranger taking a group to London which was amazing fun and a highlight of our teenage years! She then in turn taught my 3 children all who would say she was the best teacher they ever had. Joan also helped my boys by running the junior golf league at Belford having great patience with even those who perhaps didn't have a natural ability thus making it accessible to all teenagers. Many of her golfers achieved great things with her guidance. She was one of life's GIVERS of her time especially to young people. Hi, We've cracked the SSO element with O365 but I'm struggling with their instructions on how to setup Group mapping so that staff are auto created in Canva as teachers. "In your Azure SSO settings, you'll also need to create an additional Claim for attribute mapping: we need to help Canva get the right information from Azure about which users are students and which are teachers/staff. The Azure claim transformation feature and Azure claim conditions can be used to help set this up: you can map an existing attribute to output "teacher" or "staff" based on a rule. Make sure the name of your Claim in this step is Role, and that the Namespace field is blank." Can anyone help with this as I'm struggling to understand what they require me to do?

As title. Can anyone with a Smoothwall check Wiki Editing category is working? We block it for students but it appears they can still make Wiki Page edits. Wondering if this is just an issue with our setup or if the Smoothwall Category has an issue. Cheers

Not having much luck, tried to update two rooms yesterday afternoon. Each room was around 32 computers, all hardware in each room was identical. Room 1- only 5 successfully updated Room 2 - only 6 successfully updated In all cases where it failed the error is: 0xC1900101 - 0x4001E The installation failed in the SECOND_BOOT phase with an error during PRE_OOBE operation. I believe there was enough free disk space, the one I'm going to investigate further on had 57Gb free.

Just did test call browser (teams) to browser (teams) - MIC not working Test call using Teams App to Teams APP - MIC working fine. Both calls with admins logged on, double checked all permissions etc

Yes both Chrome & Edge. No, no policy changes Just tested Zoom internally and Microphone built in to webcams working fine. It just appears to be affecting browser based Teams meetings as far as we can tell

Suddenly from today no one is able to hear us if we're using the Teams website, but it's fine using the full app. Anyone had anything similar? Not sure where to look as it's site wide, not just webcam or user or device specific - hoping it's a Microsoft issue !

Do you mean your back-end and infrastructure or PC's, laptops, printers, the whole lot? Does the Head not trust the IT team to provide a costed roadmap of replacements? :/
