The issue was identified as a student device that a few weeks before the teacher had logged on to to setup a hotspot so they could use a payment machine for Young Enterprise!!!! I've explained to him the error of his ways. Sigh.

O365 Email warning when sending to a specific sender
kennysarmy replied to kennysarmy's topic in Cloud Services
Cool - did search on Friday but couldn't find anything - but that's exactly what we need - do you know after setup how long it takes before it's working? -
Is there a way to display a warning or tool-tip when users put a specific email address in the To: box when using OWA? We have two similar email addresses at one site and staff continually choose the wrong one to raise support requests, I'm hoping there is a way to warn them as they add the wrong address to the TO: box...

Smoothwall inappropriate Sponsored adverts
kennysarmy replied to Sheridan's topic in Internet Related/Filtering/Firewall
@tom_newton We are still getting inappropriate adverts being shown at the school in YouTube - it's been a while now since we reported this (and our case was closed!!! 576964) - can you update us please? From a member of our teaching staff : YouTube adverts: I know you sent out an email about Smoothwall and YouTube adverts, but is it possible to install an adblocker as we are finding ourselves being subject to some pretty controversial adverts that are catching us off-guard and could present themselves as safeguarding issues (the Gillette advert, Hydrochloride advert, Tinder advert). It's also incredibly time-consuming over the course of a week having to wait for back-to-back adverts that can sometimes last for 20 seconds each without the option to skip. -

Managed to "work out" what the NVR password was Next issue is regarding a camera and why it is constantly recording - have checked it's on Motion: Weirdly, all other cameras have masking like this: But when I try and draw the motion detection areas on this camera they look like this: Any ideas?

Hi, We're able to logon OK to Hikvision software, control and web client software. However we're unable to browse to the IP address of our two NVR's and logon with the same credentials. I'm assuming then, that they have a separate "admin" account?

Will investigate - cheers

I have a user who keeps getting locked out of AD. This is from the account lockout tool. If I reset the user account when they are logged in after a few minutes the count increases from zero until the user is unable to subsequently logon. I've captured a 4625 event but am unsure what this points to as being the cause. Any ideas? On all 3 PC's this user typically uses we've removed local profiles. I've also rebooted our two DC's. The user has also removed the Outlook app from their mobile device.

I pushed out a new GPO in the recent holiday to update our version of Google Chrome. We have a common redirected desktop which has a shortcut to Google Chrome on it : this points to Program Files\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe Some users have returned after the break to report Google Chrome is not opening, on investigation they have the application installed to Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe How can this happen?

Reprocessing of licenses failed for all users
kennysarmy replied to kennysarmy's topic in Cloud Services
Yes it seems we missed an email about doing an activation This was done yesterday afternoon but the portal is still reporting we're disabled. Is this a call to Microsoft to fix or will it resolve with a bit more time now we've activated our missed key. If I click to reactivate it takes me to this screen. then but the product key has already been used -

For anyone using Cloud Drive Mapper can you shed any light on the below drive stats which are displayed in File Explorer during our trial testing? The user has one small WORD document in their OneDrive. -
Smoothwall inappropriate Sponsored adverts
kennysarmy replied to Sheridan's topic in Internet Related/Filtering/Firewall
If it's not currently working why have I just been advised this? I hope you're well. I'd recommend using your Cloud Filter to block advertisements using the content modification policies it offers. Please give this a go and let me know if you need any further assistance. Kind Regards Curtis Shone 1st Line Support Engineer | Smoothwall
