Are the Bromcom issues to blame for why I cannot get one member of staff logged in? It usually just works :/ His O365 account is functioning fine. Where would I look on Bromcom to see what could be wrong? Strangely he's also having issues getting on to E-praise and our Firefly VLE (which pull data from Bromcom for account setup - via Wonde and Wonde have confirmed his details are in their dataset)

I presume you're the NM? How can you allow a major network change to happen without getting involved in what's going on?

Response from Securly. Thanks for reaching out. Starting at the beginning of August we noticed that YouTube is requiring users to sign in if the detect you are behind a proxy. While this is very unhelpful this is a change on behaviour on the Youtube service rather than a change to the Securly Product. We see similar behaviour on other website and now Google/YouTube are implementing the same checks when they detect traffic is coming from behind a proxy, As a result this will only affect DNS and SmartPAC filtering and the Extension should be unaffected. Hi, Just had a teacher at one of my school's advise this: When I go in via Chrome I can access YouTube fine and search for videos and they play as normal. When I go in via Edge I can access YouTube and search for videos but when I try to play them it asks me to sign in to confirm I'm not a bot. The main issue is that when we click on links in PowerPoint they open in Edge, not in Chrome. So a long way round would be to copy the YouTube address and paste it into Chrome. However, I don't think many staff are going to have the patience to do that mid-lesson so it would be good to find a fix. Thanks, This has only just started happening during the summer.... This seems to stay on the screen for a while when my Windows laptops boot. Is there anyway to find out what this is? Nothing in SYSVOL\curriculum.local\Policies seems to relate to the name :/

We are already Win 11 23H2 across the board (c. 1000 devices) apart from around a dozen PC's and laptops still on Windows 10 which will get hoovered up this summer.

I've been asked to setup Adobe CC in one of our secondary schools and they chose to go down the Shared Device licencing model rather than User (which is what I've deployed out previously at one of our schools) Package creation and deployment via Intune is now tested, but the students are prompted to create or logon when the software opens. Will all the users need to create their own account manually (using their school address) or is there a way to "apply" the licences in the Adobe Portal like I would with User licences? All the users are showing in the Adobe portal as I've linked it to Azure. Any help appreciated.
