Ahh if you get through Brum you will not have access to it I'd guess as they support you Facility. Brum should be able to provide the books I mention unless ACS have stopped giving them out / Brum wish to charge you for them / sell you a course instead. Ram is a big thing you need lots of, I started a few years ago with 3 hosts with 24GB Ram in each and dual Quad core CPUs, and upgraded the ram to about 120GB in each as once you start with VMs you enjoy spinning more out for testing and dev rather than squashing everything on one or two hosts as you probably do now as long as your licensed and have capacity it doesn't have a cost impact like buying a new physical box does.

Can agree on the Lumia most people that see the pics I take with it are impressed they have a brilliant camera on them and can only imagine that the 1020 is out of this world for a phone camera It is also handier to carry around than my Sony Alpha and 3 lenses!

That is how I took it, also whenever I tried to boot people off at say 4pm to do upgrades to the MIS (when the MIS helpdesk was open) etc.. I was always met with but I need it or I didn't know despite the emails, notes in the staff newsletter and me saying in the staff meeting so I gave up on that, I always did a test upgrade anyway so could be aware of bugs and then did it either in an evening or a Saturday.
