Depends on the model of the camera but if it has digital focus, you can right click on the camera enable PTZ control (even if its not a PTZ camera) and then adjust the focus via the PTZ control

TomFreeman replied to AB_IT's topic in Office Software
Manually installed on a handful of machine in one IT suite that's having the issue and have had responses this morning that seems to have solved issue for us. Ours are all single access though not got any that have multiple people accessing, but were receiving same errors. -
[ms office - 2016] Microsoft Access Record Locking Stopped Working

We've had similar issues and are currently testing this: Databases on network share can't be accessed by multiple users in Office 2016 (KB4484211) (microsoft.com) Can't be deployed by WSUS though, it's manual download only. -
He's trying to do it by script at moment. Just as an update Windows version 2004 if you have imported device via hardware hash, it automatically enrols the device first turn on and removes the sign in with a personal account.

One of my colleagues in the process of doing this at the minute, and has got quite far. He's stuck on blocking powershell though, got a ticket open with Microsoft for it. Regedit / CMD etc all blocked ok but not powershell. Just a heads up for anyone buying licenses, student licenses are free with staff licenses, which is a cheaper way of doing it.

We're looking at this at the moment, upgraded our server from 2008 r2 to 2012r2 last week, left it on the 2008 instance which luckily still runs on 2012 r2 and was going to speak to them to move it over to the 2012 sql. Looks like we might look at new finance system as well then.

We've had to do this for fixed wire testing. Ours is every 5 years though. I've always got involved from the start, and been introduced and worked with the contractors doing the work, so i knew which board was going down when, as it's never all of them at the same time. That way services weren't down for long period of time, but did mean went down in certain areas certain times.

This is what i did, used google maps image of building in background and just put an icon in.

We've had demos of loads as it's something we're looking into, it's not the cheapest but by far in my opinion it seems the best. https://inventry.co.uk/ We've had our lanyards from SafetyNet Solutions for a long time, quality has been great! -
Do you have the on screen controls? Could you test it by pressing the magnifying glass icon? We've never had that one, but have had some weird issues in the past, sometimes re-seating the android slice has helped us, don't know if your boards have them? Ours are the Plus variety.

Clevertouch Board?

We have it, it pulls mobile number from the contact and email addresses. They have to be priority 1 to pull through on ours, not sure if it will be the same on yours, we've had to set several parents as both priority 1 to get it to work for both. We've asked before about it using the Parental Consent option, but it's in the pipeline.
