    I have mostly managed to get users to use win + shift + s now. Helps avoid any "uncropping" revealing too much information

    Not the solution you were after, but a solution that is relatively "private": Uptime kuma on hosted on a VPS with the Windows server using the push notification (polls a web address every 60s so no special ports to check etc) and then notification method of your choice.

    Before Powershell, I used a combo of Excel and Send-It-Quiet Command Line sendmail tool. Got Excel to generate the unique command for each recipient with a bunch of concatenates and then pasted it into a commandline. Powershell is probably the better option though

    Reverse DNS can really through a spanner in the works if not set up and you are mail hosting.

    I'd be using a dedicated user account for veeam and not change the password. But, if I were to change the password regularly I would do it in the credential manager.

    I don't know how long the links stay "live", I know the links for my guests over a week ago no longer show photos. If this is for recent visitors it looks like you'd need to take it up with Inventry, as it isn't an O365 problem.

    Does anyone know how (if you can) control the default action of the "New" option in Forms? Ours defaults to "New Quiz" - but it used to default to "New Form". Another Tennant I have used has "New Form" as the default. I can't seem to find a setting that controls this. The only random thing that pops into my head is that one is using "Education" licenses and one is using "Business" licences...

    Totally understand that this is a "better" way to do it, with built in documentation and scale. But I have to balance this with also showing staff how to turn a switch on at the wall when their laptop isn't charging.

    You could create shortcuts with the necessary parameters already complete: https://wiki.videolan.org/Documentation:Streaming_HowTo/Command_Line_Examples/ then they would literally double click the icons to start.

    IRIS sending the spam out even though we don't have / never had progresso: "I understand your progresso agreement is coming to an end very soon which will leave you in a vulnerable situation with regards to a working MIS system. IRIS is helping schools make an urgent transition from Progresso over to IRIS Edgen MIS with a guarantee of onboarding in time.     I think it is one of those things that seems easy to do and a good thing to do, but the reality is somewhat different.

    Would probably need to schedule a powershell script to run everyday to set Out of office from a CSV list of people?
