Its not getting blocked , the IP address I'm testing with is not filtered.

Hi , Pictures of visitors are no longer showing in email alerts generated by Inventry , it started this week. The sending email address has been added to out white list, we are using O365 . Has any one else experienced this issue ? or Any suggestions on where the setting could be located ? thank you Adam
