We have just allocated the afternoon of our next training day to wellbeing sessions, there are (to name a few) ... footy, photography, yoga, board games, badminton, art workshop etc. etc. That £1000 could go towards materials and suchlike for putting on some similar sessions. It gives an opportunity to do something different and to mix teaching and non teaching staff in a more social environment.

I used to live in the next village from Kingston Bagpuize. Nearly came off my bike on a really nasty bend there once.

Well Capita have confirmed that they'll do the SIMS migration over the Feb half term. That just leaves 800 workstations (most of which probably won't run Win10) to do

I think so. I can't remember much from my first read but they are a good read in their own right and for the price for all 3 books it's well worth it.
