enjay i am not sure about your exact question here, Does speedtest.net and other speed check sites support fibre? answer is yes. Have you tried another provider like thinkbroadband :: UK Broadband Speed Test are you sure its not a DNS / proxy issue? btw bt speed checker works more than once and hour, ive done 5 in the last 10 mins 89MBPS.

normally for sage software if you install it on 1 PC goto the c:\program files\sage folder, looks for a file called netsetup.exe , thats the full installer and cna be run with /switches to silently install. Hope this helps. andydis
