I can see this going a few ways, in my opinion I can see the complete ICT budgets of all schools within an LA being "top sliced" from the LA, Onsite engineers would become part of a bigger LA ICT Support "umbrella", sharing resources between one another, better comms between schools. Then again I can see 90% of schools becoming academys becuase of financial pressure and not having a need for a LA's. Who knows

ok so i have recieved the DVD's from said company, does anybody know how to "restore" this? we have installed turnkey on a server and seems to be working but no idea how to get this data on there, The dvd's i have recieved contain alot of folders ( all 4 digit numerials) and a mysqldump.sql Am i going to have to install the exact setup ad they have had?

honest, answer is i dont know!, all i know is its hosted by i2q or now called synetrix. There support people are not very helpful (in my experience) as its a "free" trial we have had, funded by the LA for 3 years and we are now taking it in house due to cuts. IS there a quick test i can do for php access ? FTP looks like a no.

Hey Guys, Can anybody help me, We have hosted moodle, that is due to run out soon, So we have a made a moodle server onsite. , And i have requeste dand requested and requested a copy of our backup to no avail. Can moodle be fully backed up from logging in as an admin in the VLE?

yes this erro occurs when logging in as student, what REG files doe they need access too is it just HKLM\software\edugeek ?
