I'd say it it'd definitely be one of the Merc engine customers. Cant see the Red Bull drivers changing in view of the regulation changes. But also... I can't see Toto taking on a strong driver like e.g. Verstappen. They've had too many problems with LH and NR scrapping... in public and on track. I can see a situation like Vettel and Webber where there is a clear no.1 and no.2 driver.

No you can't I don't believe. FMS (God! its old and clunky) only has four access permissions as standard. You can however create a custom user group but are presented with a pretty limited set of permissions.

We use other platforms for kids - Frog OS. That has at least some form of filter/monitoring in place.
