Part of the issue with the Malaysian GP is that they wait until the latter hours of the day to help with TV viewing figures in Europe. It is my impression that the heavy rain/ thunderstorms come during the afternoon/evening due to the drop in temperature and that there are fewer(!) issues earlier in the day as it is warmer (note: I may barking up the wrong tree - I am no weatherman). After the restart it was a good race, I like the inclement weather conditions it adds an air of suspense and provides interesting results. I for one wanted to see Schumacher on the podium but that was not meant to be. It was also nice to see the emotion of Peter Sauber's face when Perez crossed the finish line. Still think the Sky pre/post race coverage is cr@p though - commentary is better IMHO, Crofty definitely seems to have more passion for the sport!

TeamViewer is not free for commercial is it? Thanks all, unfortunately I don't make policy - we are starting to use Remote assistance more with the Win 7 machines which does help - but usually its a walk to the room.

We cant put VNC out because of the lack of privacy it causes for staff using the machines (they don't want us Technicians spying on them!). They don't like the fact that we could just view a screen without their knowledge. :/

The 'schedule.weekly' entry is explained here: System Backups I think the emails are sent as part of the daily maintenance so changing the time in the 'schedule.daily-maintenance' field to something as described on PaperCut KB | ChangeScheduleTime will mean that the scheduled tasks will run at [insert Time Here] every day. This will include all the daily tasks, such as, user & group sync, DB Backups etc. This in conjunction with a change of day (scheduled-reports.day-of-month) will mean that you get the reports you are after when you want but it will move all other tasks around also

I think you can change the time but it changes it globally so all other tasks that run will run at that time also (user updates etc)

We've just used Insight (who contract out) and their installers were great! AFAIK they travel too

OK so had a look again this morning - you need to go to Options > Config Editor (Advanced) Search for scheduled-reports.day-of-month (NOTE: Day 1 is Sunday) Looking at it i am not sure if you can change the time HTH

12.1 has been released this morning so it may fix your issues (although there is nothing specific to your issue in the release notes) - may be worth a punt though...

Not sure about v9 we're on 12 but in the advanced options you can change the day and time of scheduled reports. The papercut kb is great it may be worth checking there first. I'm home now but if you don't find a solution by morning I'll check our server HTH

I think it may just be the case of giving Creator Owner modify (which will allow them to read/write/delete a file that is already there) and give the student group the base level (what you have already) and create files/ folders - this should allow them to create the initial file and then as creator owner they will permission to do everything else HTH

same as @elsiegee40 around 8:00 - 8:30 seemed to be OK after that although still getting the odd hang every now and then (this may very well be our inet connection in school though - peak usage)

Ours works fine on our ISA2006SP1 box - interestingly do you have ESM set to use the proxy? Ours looks like the image below I also have the Firewall client installed on that machine and the computer is in a rule that allows unrestricted access (all outbound traffic)
