Off topic slightly (and I apologise) but @glennda where did you get the icons from on the front page of your Moodle? Ours is looking tired and I've been asked to source some good 'subject based' icons/ images to use. Interestingly our moodle is in its relative infancy but already both ICT and Science (and others) seem to be using it quite successfully - unfortunately I can help with a visit but I can say its a great tool that (for free) is worth the time you will spend getting it up and running

Along with Kodu and a few others I can't remember atm, we have just put out Yenka.com it was introduced to us by one of our new NQTs parts of it are completely free, others you have to pay for. However, they are currently doing an 'Offer us a price for our product' which to be honest seems like a good way to get it cheap!

My self and all the other guys in the office used to play. FWIW I really enjoyed Guild Wars, although, it did get a little annoying when they started nerfing things left right and centre, but they have been promising GW2 for about 3 years with very little sign of any progress so I wouldn't hold your breath IIRC @TheLibrarian got a game time of about 9 months on GW lol

@RabbieBurns (1) EXCHANGE 2010 DISCLAIMER, SIGNATURE - Email Disclaimers, Personal Signatures, Images, Logo, Branding, Active Directory Values we use this also (but paid for it) the demo and the paid for version are exactly the same except the demo version adds a link to the CodeTwo website at the bottom of all signatures. We use the 2003 version (As we have exchange 2003)... We had a few issues with emails being lost when we first had it but this was due to a small bug in the software that meant when sending to large groups (for example our all staff group is ~200 users) around half of the mails got dropped - in the end we found this was a clash between the CodeTwo software and the Sophos puremessage filters, it is all sorted now and the majority of staff members have a signature. The software allows different signatures for different groups also - so for example, the Technicians in the office have slightly different signatures than the rest of the staff as it adds a link to the School's Helpdesk to all emails that are internal only - this does not get added to external emails. As briefly mentioned there, you can configure different signatures based on where the email is going, if the program decides that the email is an external on you can have a different signature added (eg a disclaimer etc) whereas an internal one may not need to have such information. another good thing about it is that it will pull information from AD so like in our case, First Name, surname, email addy, job title, phone number and extension numbers are all pulled from AD to compile the address so although the signatures have the same look and feel, the information in them is personal to the users sending the email. The signatures are easy to configure and whilst the development and support is done from Portugal, I cannot say I have any reason to complain with it Hope this helps

Our LEA uses NetSweeper which (i think) is causing the issues here... I did have it working (to a fashion) yesterday but today it doesn't work at all... Has anyone else using NetSweeper got it working successfully?

I'll be honest, I've never played airsoft, but the idea of running round with armor on defeats the point for me!

I'm getting the same results, the administrator can search all videos (access to the site is not unfiltered - it appears the search all options become available) but the additional 'authorized' members cant get in with it just redirecting when sign-in is clicked. I'm not convinced by it all yet, the access to the educational content is good I just feel atm there are too many open ends and it does seem a pita to configure... anywho, I'll keep trying and see where I get. I missed your post earlier about the errors in the conditions, mine is set to add it to all outgoing on a particular rule... I'll be changing this soon. I've got the content working with the filters for educational content only but having issues playing the 'playlist'. The first video will play but no more - obviously the workaround is one playlist per video but this seems very counter-intuitive. As for the account, I created one specifically for the school that uses my work email address (which I should be able to change) and this seems to work fine.

OK I finally got it to work!!! Now we seem to be having issues with authorising videos... @mrbios how are you getting on? Mark

OK as a total guess (not done vbs for years) it looks like your objOutput is creating a text file, I dont think that you can then use that declaration to give back information. I'm not sure what you are attempting to do but if it is just displaying the path to the folder, why not create this as a variable that you can pass to the CreateTextFile method and then pass the variable into the message box?

Agreed, it actually speeds up my browsing of the site to hover over and see if the post may be relevant (or anything I can help with) otherwise I have to click each post to see if it is pertinent... If there is an option then at least the default should be 'on' so the hundreds (if not thousands) of regular users who have been here ages and not found issue are not left in the lurch as such.

If @nephilim is anything like me it is more of a technical curiosity thing than a 'Oh Crap wheres my data gone!' type of thing. We are all technical people here, I like many others use a different password here than anywhere else and other information about me is available on the likes of Facebook and Twitter.

I for one am just happy Edugeek is back, to some semblance of normality, I think people forget sometimes that it is a relatively small outfit that runs the site and they have a million and one things to do as well as keep us happy, I do agree an update to what went on would be nice but I also understand that @ZeroHour has spent many hours working to get services restored (and by now should have a very nice ass groove worked into his chair!). Patience is a virtue, I am sure the details will appear in time
