Tie / lapel pin and / or tie slide? Cufflinks?

The chance to your name embroided on a shirt would be good ... and personally I would like to get a version of my avatar (the one created by @SYSMAN_MK) would be nice ... but I know that would be pretty hard to organise, so perhaps it could be arranged that we can organise doing it ourselves if we by the EG shirt? (I know technically I could take an EG shirt and get it done now but I wouldn't want to change the shirts without permission as it is EG branding ... if you get where I am coming from).

EG Tie for sure in Silk would be great, cufflinks also good and tie clip to save me dipping afore mentioned silk tie into my dinner / cooker in the kitchen when swiping a hot muffing fresh from the school kitchen hehehe :)

Actually - if you do those pretend climbing hook key holders, I will be all over that. I play with mine incessantly so get through them at a fair old rate, so EduGeek branded ones would be fine by me :)

I have looked through this thread and I am surprised no one said a pen? (If someone has I apologise). I went to an RM Technical Seminar last year and at the HP stand they gave out this really nice thick good quality twist pen. Now I think it would be awesome if we had a good quality pen like that have the edugeek logo on it and have the little funny remark on it like 'Edugeek twist for assistance' I love the HP pen I have and if edugeek did that I would love one. I like the idea of a keyring because as us techs we do carry bunches of keys around the heavy duty ones like mountain climbers use for ropes would be awesome. Edited by north-ict

Then the top comes off with a knife? :)

I like the 'tie n cufflinks' idea particularly. But i'm a bit of a merch monkey, I like branded stuff.

Perhaps some sort of offer where if you spend more than X amount on $HighValueItem (clothes, tools etc.), $LowValueItem (Keyring, Stress Toy, Lanyard) came for gratis?

Le Edit... Happy now? ;)

how a bout a range of different coloured shirts long/Short Sleeve with the edugeek logo on the arm and maybe a name on the pocket and ICT Support or Tech or something on the back. Do the same with polo shirts. smart hodies would defiantly buy mabe with edugeek on the chest upper right hand side if your looking at it and something comical on the back or plain. with the possibility of embroidering name maybe.

ties nylon would be harder wearing.

maybe a shirt or t shirt that can have the school logo on and edugeek on the arm or back.

$LowValueTat (Keyring, Stress Toy, Lanyard) came for gratis?

Considering how many people want the EduGeek lanyards, I'd hardly call them tat...

For those that never saw them, the tie mock-ups looked like this.

Yes. [except C.]

I like "A". It looks like a general computery tie, thus making EduGeek a secret group. I like this.

"B" is also cool. The "EduGeek" on the tie makes it look like a title.

"C" looks too much like a school tie... I don't want to feel like I'm back at school [as a pupil.]

Out of the 3, I like "A" the best.
