Dos_Box Posted November 11, 2010 Posted November 11, 2010 What are yours? Keep it clean please. I saw 2 in the past month I really liked. 1. Fat people are harder to kidnap. 2. Video games ruined my life. Thank God I have an extra life. I particularly like the second one
jamesb Posted November 11, 2010 Posted November 11, 2010 I read your e-mail. There are 10 types of people in the world. Those who understand binary and those who don't. In case of zombie invasion, follow me (actually a bag rather than a t-shirt, but I still love the slogan) 1
sparkeh Posted November 11, 2010 Posted November 11, 2010 Saw this on holiday in USA recently: Picture of a group of Native American Indian Warriors with slogan "Homeland Security. Fighting Terrorism since 1492" 3
sparkeh Posted November 11, 2010 Posted November 11, 2010 Oh and the classic "Guns don't kill people. Chuck Norris kills people"
witch Posted November 11, 2010 Posted November 11, 2010 The '10 types 'one is my favourite I love 'Some days it just isnt worth chewing through the restraints' and 'Today was a complete waste of makeup' and, controversially.... 'Men make good pets'
Andrew_C Posted November 11, 2010 Posted November 11, 2010 Our HoD is one of two teachers in the dept who doesn't have a doctorate. His name begins with a D, so the alliteration of Dr. D...... trips of the tongue. Yesterday, there was a non-uniform day, and he wore a "I'm not a Doctor" t-shirt with crossed out surgeon on the back. Caused much mirth.
clareq Posted November 11, 2010 Posted November 11, 2010 (edited) I wear a tee-shirt with the slogan "No I will not fix your computer" on non uniform days. I also have "there is no place like 127.0.0.0" Edit: SNAP!!!!! Edited November 11, 2010 by clareq Too slow!!
teky Posted November 11, 2010 Posted November 11, 2010 I've got a tee-shirt that says: "DO NOT DISTURB, i'm disturbed enough already", also have one that has a pic of an almost full pint of the good stuff and says "loading" below it.
tech_guy Posted November 11, 2010 Posted November 11, 2010 My favourite t is one that I can't wear to work. It has the mighty Google logo with "Just *^%!?*^% Google it..." written underneath.
jamesb Posted November 11, 2010 Posted November 11, 2010 I wear a tee-shirt with the slogan "No I will not fix your computer" on non uniform days. I also have "there is no place like 127.0.0.0" Edit: SNAP!!!!! Bit out of date - nowadays shouldn't it be 'no place like ::1'?
GrumbleDook Posted November 11, 2010 Posted November 11, 2010 I love my t-shirts from www.oreally.com -- Welcome to O'Really & Associates -- computer book parodies, not much else and my favourite has to be the LART pocket Reference. I do get some strange looks sometimes for having a picture of a whip on my chest though.
SimpleSi Posted November 12, 2010 Posted November 12, 2010 The 10 types of people is my favourite You know there's another geek in the room when you hear someone suddenly laugh and point at you Si
mac_shinobi Posted November 12, 2010 Posted November 12, 2010 http://www.splitreason.com/blog/img/defrag.jpg There is another sky diving t-shirt which I can't find at the min but it basically says something to the effect of "Life begins at 14,000 feet"
sister_annex Posted November 12, 2010 Posted November 12, 2010 Topical for me: 'A Weekend Wasted is Never a Wasted Weekend' or 'Google has over 1 billion websites, what makes you think I can find yours any quicker?'
Hightower Posted November 12, 2010 Posted November 12, 2010 http://www.splitreason.com/blog/img/defrag.jpg Nice shirt, but the logo is an optical illusion. The bigger purple block is obviously 3 dimensional, yet it disappears into the line between the red and yellow block where there is obviously not a gap for a 3D shape
korifugi Posted November 12, 2010 Posted November 12, 2010 My other half recently bought me one with a loading bar and under it "Sarcastic comment loading..." and my boss has one stating "A dog is for life, not just for Friday night"
cromertech Posted November 12, 2010 Posted November 12, 2010 I've always liked this "I'm a bomb disposal expert, if I start running please try to keep up" but it's quite an old one now
Domino Posted November 12, 2010 Posted November 12, 2010 I got one made for a, ahem, larger colleague of mine that says "Do I LOOK like I eat F#*kin Salad?" - which was his favourite phrase in kebab shops. He loves it :-) I also love http://www.topatoco.com/graphics/00000001/hiji-groverfield.gif http://www.topatoco.com/graphics/00000001/asw-doctor-big.jpg http://www.topatoco.com/graphics/00000001/dc-preenactment.gif also our drummer had a birthday recently, and as our bands called 'The Dead & Buried' a promoter we work with a lot got her a sparkly t-shirt in our font and logo with 'The Dead & BeeGees' across it :-)
36Degrees Posted November 12, 2010 Posted November 12, 2010 One by one the penguins steal my sanity This was actually on a mug: "I'm listening to the voices in my head" then on the other side "and they don't like you"
TopBanana Posted November 12, 2010 Posted November 12, 2010 I have one that says , " I gave up drinking , smoking and sex ....... it was the worst hour of my life"
sonofsanta Posted November 12, 2010 Posted November 12, 2010 My favourite t-shirt, now much the worse for wear, is one from littlegamers.com a few years back: Playing Video Games Makes Me Sexy Could probably think of hundreds of others but I don't want to bore you all. Favourite offensive t-shirt I ever made (yay iron on wotsits) was "Let's Go Clubbing!" in big writing across the chest, and a picture of a seal on the back (doubly offensive for living in Skegness, with a seal sanctuary in town).
witch Posted November 12, 2010 Posted November 12, 2010 I got one made for a, ahem, larger colleague of mine that says "Do I LOOK like I eat F#*kin Salad?" - which was his favourite phrase in kebab shops. He loves it :-) My son has a plain lazy sweatshirt with 'SALAD DODGER' on it - says it all, really
bloxy Posted November 12, 2010 Posted November 12, 2010 My favourite ever teeshirt I saw at Glastonbury it just had 'DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT JUGGLING NEXT TO ME'
