BatchFile Posted March 25, 2010 Posted March 25, 2010 Is youtube working for you? Our unfiltered connection can normally access it but we're just getting an error form "apache server at http://www.youtube.com port 80" These days it's so unusual for a big website to go down like that I'm thinking it must be a problem nearer home...
mb2k01 Posted March 25, 2010 Posted March 25, 2010 Yep, it is! I wondered the same thing so went on Twitter to have a look - lots of other people having issues. 1
elsiegee40 Posted March 25, 2010 Posted March 25, 2010 (edited) Revised comment. http://www.youtube.com is not working, but if you go to a previously bookmarked page, or know the full link for a video, it's fine... you can search and work as normal e.g. http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=%22shift+happens%22&search_type=&aq=f Edited March 25, 2010 by elsiegee40 1

Fatmas Posted March 25, 2010 Posted March 25, 2010 Youtube does a Lindsay and takes a tumble Should explain it
sparkeh Posted March 25, 2010 Posted March 25, 2010 Well we survived the 'Great youtube downtime disaster' without too many casualties. There's a sad little kitten playing a piano that has a few less views and we will always remember him, brave little fella... *choke* its been emotional guys...
browolf Posted March 25, 2010 Posted March 25, 2010 I noticed this trending at #2 on twitter earlier, the font of all up to the minute news.
