Hi, Not sure if this is in the right place, but its kind of related. I am looking to try and streamline some of our interactions with users, the problem we have at the moment is that we are constantly going backwards and forwards trying to organise an appointment with users. First off users don't use there outlook calendar very well, so thats a no go. I was wondering if there is a system out there that would do the following 1. Look at my outlook calendar (and the teams), select only the appointments that are set as 'User Support' for example 2. Supply a URL for each member of the team to share to their available appointments 3. Allow Users to book one of those appointments We use office 365, I was wondering if this could be done through Sharepoint maybe? Ta for all your help.

Ahh me too I researched soooo many phones when I got my Z3, it came up top on everything I wanted, and now I have to contend with a screen which is coming away, I have to hold the screen down for the Audio to work. I was tempted to go back to an iPhone, but now I'm tempted by the OnePlus 3

So do I purchase the OnePlus 3 or not? Currently got a Sony Z3 and its falling to pieces. Are they good? Ive ready reviews and still not sure. Any thoughts?

Hey, Anyone using Sharepoint on office 365? I'm trying to use the Search Box web part, but for some reason I can't get it to do what I want it to do. Then again its sharepoint so it probably won't do what I want it to do. Every time I search it searches the entire site where as I want it to search just the Subsite I am in, basically I'm creating a Help site and I want it to be searchable. Anyone done this? Thanks

Since New Years I have put on 2.5 stone. Before Christmas I was following the Body Coach 90daySSS plan, then over christmas both the wife and me were ill, usual colds and feeling generally rubbish always happens when I'm off work. So didn't stick to it, but the weight that I lost was amazing, dropped from 107.5kg to 103.5kg, 2 inches on my chest, 5 inches on my waist, all in 4 weeks. Then the new year set in, all that hard work had gone, so I tried to continue with the next cycle of it and introduced weights, but I had a long standing back problem with flared up with the intro of weights. Now I'm 2.5 stone heavier than I was in December last year, and trying to fix it. Bought a bike to cycle to work, and trying to go swimming on a morning. Following the 90DaySSSplan as much as I can to lose the pounds. Heres to looking good for winter.

We have another store which does all this, our store offers basic photography equipment where as the other offers things like you mention. Yes they do exist, again done in another store. Im really struggling to think of anything that students might need to use, and we have even asked them.

Hey all. I'm in need of a timesheet, and i'm terrible at excel. Does anyone have a timesheet that they have that will allow for the following AM IN (Start Time) AM Out (Lunchtime) PM IN (End of Lunch) PM Out (End of Day Calculate against my regular hours 35 PW and give me the hours that I owe back to work / Overtime Currently taking a few hours here and there for personal meetings, but I want to be able to keep track of it. It happens to us all, and sometimes it can be very funny. We use a messaging system between our team, and in our general chat room there is regularly some awesome auto corrects. The one that just made me laugh, I was talking about bitlocker, and it auto corrected to bootlicker, not the funniest but its pretty good. Any you would care to share?

Ahhhh nice to know its not just me who has problems, it does get a little depressing to have to keep purchasing a pair at £20 / £30 every few months. Id rather buy a pair that cost £50/£60 and last me a good while. Will be having a look on those websites, any other websites anyone can recommend?

Anyone else have similar problems that I do with shoes? I am a size 13 and can't find any decent shoes in my size. Bought a pair from sports direct in october/november they let water in, another from sports direct in december, they fell about durng march, bought another pair 2 weeks ago from amazon the sole inside has started to fall apart. Any one here have the same problems and can offer any ideas? Ta

We have a number of Large format printers, we are able to see a view of the queue which is waiting on the server to be printed. But what students aren't able to do is see what is currently printing.... eg when a document gets to the printer it disapears from the server queue. The option to see this is available on the printer, but when you enable it, it gives the option to delete jobs which we don't want When we have a hand in the printers are going like mad and students are constantly having problems when loading there own paper (not allowing this isn't an option) What I'm wondering is... is there a way to create a website or app that will tap into the Jobs section of the LFP and to show the current job name on the printer. I know this must be possible, just not sure where to start. Thanks

Its probably more what you are looking for, just from a quick skim the FITS Practitioner Course seems based around practises like service desk management, change management etc but because its based around education, education will be the focus and if thats where your focus is then thats great, but it might be worth looking at a more industry standard qual, so that you aren't limited to education, ive just heard people say that they wanted out of education but didnt have the skills/quals people are looking for. My reason for doing ITIL is becuase I want to go into some sort of management / team leader roll and after speaking to my manager he said that its probably a good place to start. Not trying to put you off, but there are probably lots of other avenues to explore, depending what your end goal is.

That seems quite specific to Shools only to me. I'm about to do my ITIL training on Monday which is a recognised standard across lots of different industries, I believe its taking a while to get round the education sector though. But then if you want specific to schools thats fine, its just ITIL could open up doors to other places mayber?

So after spending about 30 mins on the online chat to Natwest who don't have any record of my previous accounts, work have finally agreed to take my new details without my old ones, but I had to send them an email stating that I used to bank with Natwest and agree to the change. Weird system if you ask me.

Probably totally my fault but...... Changed my bank about 11 months ago and my old bank did this thing where they would forward on any income so we wouldn't lose any income, this would happen until December. I finally remembered to change it over, sent the form to the payroll dept but they want my old Account number and sort code as a reference. Spoke to them about it as I have no idea if I still have any papers with these details on, but they won't accept my new acocunt details without my old ones. Their reasoning for not accepting it.... "That could be anyones account information" What on earth? why would I transfer all my income into someone elses account? So now some how I've gotta find my old account number and sort code. I had a similar thing when I changed address, they wanted proof that it was my address, is it just me or does no one trust anyone anymore?

Member of staff has asked if there is an easier way to schedule calendar requests in outlook. Obviously there is the Schduling assistant in outlook, which lets you see everyones calendar, but what she is after is actually something I think would be quite useful and perhaps there is 3rd party software that does it. So she wants to be able to say I need 1 hour of these peoples time, find me a slot when everyone is available in the next X number of weeks. To me it sounds like a good tool to have to avoid having to scroll through peoples calendars. (Or waiting for responses to calendar requests) Anyone heard of anything like this? Thanks Neil

Hi All, I'm looking for some screen capture software for my Mac, I want to simply capture my screen and talk through the capture, but I don't want to us my voice... Does anyone know of any software that will capture my screen and tehn I can add the voice later eg text to speech? I've heard some text to speech stuff is good but I can't find any with the screen capture as well. Ta Neil
