We are experiencing the same thing and the Admin Centre health status does say that there are issues that they are investigating.

It is also affecting Teams it would seem as a lot of functions are currently not working, such as Class NoteBook and Assignments.

Looks like Exchange has just been hit too as we can't send out emails.

Yup having issues with Entra, InTune, SSO on Entra-joined devices and Senso V2 SSO login (don't think it's their fault tbf as it relies on Entra)

Seems to be affecting other websites too, MyConcern, Senso, DfE Secure access and a others hosted in Azure (I assume, I know senso is and the DfE secure access uses Microsoft authentication)

It's gonna be a long day if all the SAML SSO linked apps are struggling too

I mean who would be crazy enough to have implemented SSO SAML Links on all their Google Authentication to Microsoft over the summer, oh yeah, this guy

Having issues at schools I manage today, great day to do CAT tests :) seems ok now though minus the admin center/intune being a bit hit and miss.

Many Microsoft URLs are transitioning to cloud.microsoft etc., started last month.

For example, for Microsoft 365 Copilot (Chat) the recommended URL is now m365.cloud.microsoft (or even just office.com!)

Yeah, I'll bet £5 on "they've got so many redirects and CNAMEs that are not properly* documented that moving to the .microsoft domain is breaking things all over the place".

Yeah, yesterday morning's outage was preceded by similar in the US eight hours earlier, and there was another about 8 hours after the european/africa one.  Not sure if its just the admins across the world getting into work and finding it broken, or actually an every-eight-hours a bug is triggered. Apparently its not the api/gateways themselves, but the underlying kubernetes infrastructure that is flaking out. Moot really as from where we're sitting  its all just a black box labelled "Microsoft"
