CPLTD "smashed it" (as our girls say) when quoting and delivering on, what to us is a huge amount of money spent on Ruckus gear.

 

Saving us nearly 2.5k off other quotes, that's a huge amount of money to our school - we really couldn't have bought it if we didn't go through CPLTD, we just didn't have the money to stretch any further.

 

We are now in the process of putting in our Ruckus gear, works a charm - all pre-configured and ready out of the box. No hassle from CPLTD, no pushy phone calls or pushing me for anything & quick responses when I wanted to know about my order.

 

Very happy with price, customer service and timeframe it was delivered.

 

Relieved & looking forward to alot less wireless issues with our near 300 netbooks.

just thought id come on here and say thanks to Computer Products Ltd for excellent service and support, unlike other suppliers out there i am able to talk to CP over MSN which makes it very easy for a sysadmin like me to order parts and supplies when i need too, all the products i have ordered so far have turned up the next day some times before i get to work, which is a nice change.

Wanna thank Simon for helping me with the issues from our Ruckus (1 AP wasnt showing up). He helped me run through the process and we found the AP isnt working properly so he got me a new one on the premium support. Muchos Thanklies!

As said in the title, my thank go the Simon at CP. He managed to get me something my dell premier site said I could not have. Then went and beat thier price too. :D

Needed some Dell ink carts yesterday! Simon sorted me out good and proper, quoted, ordered, sent out and invoiced all in one afternoon.

One of my schools was messing around over a laptop trolley and got a quote quick from Simon - they then proceeded to go from we want one NOW - don't care - just get it NOW to - but it must be red - and have 5 wheels - and be no taller than 1 m - and weigh no more than .... etc etc - Simon just kept amending his quote - and only called me fella once :-)

I know this is late in coming after the BBC news report day but I wanted to publicly say thank you to Joe for his help.

 

Apart from being a top supplier who puts up with my demanding cheap pricing and wanting stuff with a cherry on top. Joe did us a massive favour by donating us 3 Flip Cameras.
