  7. hi all, just thought i would post and say i highly recommend and like Draytek Network Equitment..... it just works .... simple as that .... also there tech support is very very impressive, i had a couple of questions about some fine'er details of High Availibility on there Draytek 3300V router/firewall, and first person i got through to after just <2 mins on the phone knew the answers i was looking for..... i have been using Draytek stuff for 2 years now and its very very good... A+++++++++ please feel free to post your experiances with draytek stuff to as mine have been positive but let me know......
  8. hi there i have not forgotten about this post i will post a config shortly which should work for you. for the time being go to :: Thinstation - a light, full-featured Linux thin client OS :: and build a new bootable CD and make sure you only have rdesktop ticked , on display drivers make sure all are selcted the same for network drivers etc.... on the last page customise the config file with your IP etc ... if this does not work then use then copy and past in the config file, which i will post for you shortly.

  12. Hi All, not sure where to post this, but i have written a very simple script to pop the DDI and CLI on screen and send it to a webpage which then populates some simple fields and can enable a call center agent or message taking company to take calls and pass them to there clients. like i said its only basic but i have provided it here for you to download... http://www.p-web.co.uk/downloads/Simple_Call_Scripter.zip Simple video demonstration here [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4D3XHaFH9RM]YouTube- Call center script and screen popping proof[/ame] it uses the ASTassitent to get the DDI and CLI passes it on to the script i have written and then passes it to a formtoemail form to email the client you are taking calls for. i have already deployed it to a small call center, but this script can be adapted to work with a MySQL database to produce billing etc.... i have provided some instructions in the read me, if you get stuck please post.....
  13. just thought id come on here and say thanks to Computer Products Ltd for excellent service and support, unlike other suppliers out there i am able to talk to CP over MSN which makes it very easy for a sysadmin like me to order parts and supplies when i need too, all the products i have ordered so far have turned up the next day some times before i get to work, which is a nice change. Keep up the good work Joe!!
  14. Many Thanks for help on this, i have contacted both Smoothwall and Bloxx and requted eval from both for testing.
