I must of picked the best week for some time off.

Sitting out in the garden with my laptop in the sun.

I'm holding up nicely at the moment :D

Windows open as far as it can really go (3 inches) and still toasty, but we have got 4 PC's, 4 switches, routers, 10 media converters and a UPS in here with me all on so it's to be expected. Oh for A/C

A/C pumping nice cold air straight towards me. Might have to go for a walk as it's a little too icy in here! :getmecoat:

Fine - as far as I'm concerned, it isn't hot until it gets to 40C, which is highly unlikely here in Blighty. Where I'm from in Oz, it's pretty common for 40+ days in the summer.

When I first came over in 1993, I wore a jumper all summer 'cus I thought it was too cold!

Curtains closed, windows open, extra air-stone in the tropical aquarium... and for my own safety ironing farmed out and the lawn cut at 7am before our tortoise was active.

I have to go sit in a school hall for two hours over lunch time (governor duties at an awards presentation). It's not going to be pleasant in there :(

It was an extremely unpleasant journey into work this morning on London public transport but it's OK in my office now that I've cooled down a little.

My baby son is very unsettled at the moment though, my partner is really looking forward to Thursday when it's supposed to cool down a little.

I have the AC on in my office and trying to not leave my room only when necessary as everywhere else is boiling. I planned a contingency and put some water bottles in the fridge to keep me going for the day.

I'm a cold weather creature. I find it easier to warm up than cool down :)

Seconded

Our office is usually pretty unbearable and it doesn't take a lot for it to warm up what with all the kit in here. Nice, gentle breeze coming in through the window at the moment though. If that drops, I'll find some jobs to do in the rooms with A/C.

I love the heat :D My girlfriends father retired at age 35 so he's happily basking in the sun today while I'm stuck in a cold, dark office :( Just could do with a Banks' Mild, my vape and sitting in the heat right about now!!

Crikey, a ginger who likes heat. :p

I'm...ok, windows are wide open, but not getting much of a breeze through. Which is annoying. every so often a nice cool breeze rolls in but lasts only a few seconds.

Absolutely.

I'm melting in this heat. I really can't handle it anymore, not like I could when I was a teen.

Just don't start shouting at the breeze - yelling "c'mon, blow me!" through the window may not enamour you to SLT
