Highly recommend grabbing one of the higher powered USB AC adapters that come with iPads etc for that beast, charging takes an age otherwise!

I have several of these :p

I don't own any Apple kit, but you can't knock the chargers for being great!

That being said, I have a 4-way plugboard that also has 2 USB's in it (and surge protection ). The USB sockets charge devices just as quickly as if they were actually plugged into the wall with a 3-pin plug.

I've wanted to go out and catch stuff the past couple of days, cool stuff is appearing...

But it's too hot during the day, and too dangerous at night.

Looks like this may be a seasonal game...

Step 1) Get friends

Step 2) Convince friends to play

Step 3) Go out in a group

Step 4) Get confronted by would-be-mugger

Step 5) Run. As long as you're not the slowest, you're fine.

I bought this https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00VJSGT2A/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Does me a week of Pokemonning. Takes an age to charge back up though!

20,000mAh

<£30

Anker

Sold!

Ended up sponging the extra £4 for https://www.amazon.co.uk/PowerCore-Qualcomm-Portable-Backwards-Compatible/dp/B01D0WDWL8/ ... Basically the same thing, but with quick charge.

Yes, the S7 Edge only supports Quick Charge 2.0, not 3.0, but it's nice to futureproof.

Please tell us more about how being a joyless adult is preferable.

I think anything you do, be it work, what music you listen to, films you watch, people you hang out with and games you play, should be about making you happy and you enjoying life. If playing Pokemon GO is giving people a good time and getting out in the sun, then no one should judge :)

One thing I have noticed is that there is a pretty wide range of people out playing this and it's not just geeky blokes and teenages. From young kids upwards, my sister (in her 40's) is even playing it and she hates games for the most part, there was about 30 people at one of the stops we went to tonight and it a family, some teenagers, a couple of older ladies a group of lads in their 20's and a whole bunch of other people. Everyone was just chilling in the sun, chatting together and having a laugh. Not many phones app's that could claim to bring such a mix of people together in such a positive way.

Now to launch a petition for increased 4G bandwidth around here..... :)

Gyms in our village have pretty much stagnated, no one new is coming along to have a go at them...guess that's a down side to living a bit out in the sticks.

Bride discovers wedding venue is Pokemon Go gym | Metro News

Done a lot of driving around yesterday running errands, found a gastly outside Sainesburys, caught lots of stuff for candies and the game just generally run pretty well. Also got this guy from a 10k egg (I was driving in traffic and racked up about 3.6km) was CP 378 but got quiet a few candies, when I level up more should be able to hit about 1000 with the candies I have.
