mikeprice Posted March 22, 2018 Posted March 22, 2018 you just need more pitch for that I think should bank this topic before someone comes along with a spoiler
sted Posted March 22, 2018 Posted March 22, 2018 I think should bank this topic before someone comes along with a spoiler or you could just let them get into a gurney flap about it
EliteCommander Posted March 22, 2018 Posted March 22, 2018 We're barrelling along with these puns, aren't we? (Top marks to anyone that understands the pun and why ) Don't understand, but I guess I'll just Roll with it.
mikeprice Posted March 22, 2018 Posted March 22, 2018 Don't understand, but I guess I'll just Roll with it. Don't worry - it's important to keep grounded and keep you eyes on the horizon
Garacesh Posted March 22, 2018 Posted March 22, 2018 Don't understand, but I guess I'll just Roll with it. Psst.. What people usually call 'Barrel rolls' are actually 'Aileron rolls', an actual 'Barrel roll' is something different
sted Posted March 22, 2018 Posted March 22, 2018 Psst.. What people usually call 'Barrel rolls' are actually 'Aileron rolls', an actual 'Barrel roll' is something different try typing do a barrel roll into google lol
simonw Posted March 22, 2018 Posted March 22, 2018 Don't worry - it's important to keep grounded and keep you eyes on the horizon Hesitation will just Stall the thread
jthompson Posted March 22, 2018 Posted March 22, 2018 Hesitation will just Stall the thread Do we have to just keep the jokes coming thick and fast then? Cause I rotor good one earlier, and I'm not sure I can keep it up.
lewisVeryPC Posted March 22, 2018 Posted March 22, 2018 If you get the spin of it fast enough you'll take off
Agnete Posted March 29, 2018 Posted March 29, 2018 Spin is fine, assuming no ball tampering is involved
dcwhitworth Posted March 29, 2018 Posted March 29, 2018 Spin is fine, assuming no ball tampering is involved I see you've found a new seam of puns here. 1
sted Posted March 29, 2018 Posted March 29, 2018 I see you've found a new seam of puns here. im sure we can mine that for a while and while were mining craft something out of it
Agnete Posted March 29, 2018 Posted March 29, 2018 I see you've found a new seam of puns here. Yup, and it creases me up
Agnete Posted March 29, 2018 Posted March 29, 2018 im sure we can mine that for a while and while were mining craft something out of it Sorry Sted, that was not a crafty attempt to ignore your pun....
Garacesh Posted March 29, 2018 Posted March 29, 2018 Yup, and it creases me up I want to join in, but I got nothin'. I guess I'll fold.
jthompson Posted March 29, 2018 Posted March 29, 2018 I want to join in, but I got nothin'. I guess I'll fold. I'm stumped, too. Run out of ideas.
mikeprice Posted March 29, 2018 Posted March 29, 2018 I'm stumped, too. Run out of ideas. I know a bloke who was put in prison for playing cricket he pled guilty to hit'n run
dcwhitworth Posted April 3, 2018 Posted April 3, 2018 I know a bloke who was put in prison for playing cricket he pled guilty to hit'n run Following on from that, will he be appealing ?
mikeprice Posted April 3, 2018 Posted April 3, 2018 Following on from that, will he be appealing ? Yes - he put up such a wonderful appeal that the judge was bowled over
jthompson Posted April 3, 2018 Posted April 3, 2018 That's quite a bowled move, to appeal a conviction after pleading guilty. I can only assume the judge has such poor vision that they couldn't read the papers in front of them: I'm willing to bet they don't have Twenty20 vision.
lewisVeryPC Posted April 3, 2018 Posted April 3, 2018 was that the same judge who said he saw a bee in the shape of a right angle in a field with a pair of female sheep? I think it was reported as an L bee double ewe
jdoyle Posted April 3, 2018 Posted April 3, 2018 was that the same judge who said he saw a bee in the shape of a right angle in a field with a pair of female sheep? I think it was reported as an L bee double ewe he lives in one of those Ivory Towers, one with RAMparts.
mikeprice Posted April 3, 2018 Posted April 3, 2018 he lives in one of those Ivory Towers, one with RAMparts. Could be - his thinking was certainly a bit wolly he could even be Baa-king mad
