in the current crisis, funerals are being limited to 3 people; that's 6 feet isolation for you

pass this on my route to work :-) Fyfield Cumnor on top and Longmoor Standlake to the left. The A420 isn't usually this funny(or interesting)

this thread has taken off. It's definitely a wing :-)

saw that response coming but think it may actually be a sheet of paper :-)

Well done on completing the GNR in a very good time!!! I bought an ONNIGHT 700 from Go Outdoors. Does OK. Nice strong beam in the white light option; red light option has on mode and a flashing mode.

Would you consider different calendars for different areas and showing staff how to use the Overlay feature or Calendar Groups along with Categories?

I used Mole at a previous company and at the last school I was at https://www.moledigital.co.uk/

build slowly. As @pooley said, don't go beyond 10% each week. What do you want to achieve for yourself?

Interested to find out how edugeeks keep up with all the various Windows, Ubuntu, Chrome, TomCat, Apache, iOS, Android etc etc etc releases. Is there a particular website you follow or email lists/Twitter accounts etc that you sign up to/follow? Thanks John

first step is always the hardest. Any C25K's locally that you could go to?

Well done. Hard to keep going when the legs are complaining and the asthma can't have helped. The alcohol on the run could be what I need :-) Reading Half has a pub that gives out tasters of beer if I remember right. I went for a 1mile run last night and wasn't too bad - thighs are a little tight but otherwise OKish.

Newport Marathon completed on Sunday.2nd time I've done this event. I seem to be getting slower each time I run nowadays. Very enjoyable event though, generally very flat and very well organised. The random guy handing me a beer at mile 19 was very welcome :-) Destroyed by mile 18 but yet put in fastest mile at mile 23. Not sure how that happened. Gatwick Half this Sunday and then up to Liverpool Marathon at the end of May. Will be re-focusing on 5k and 10k speed after this.
