Could you air drop between devices - I would compress the videos down in size before sending as they only being viewed on ipads

I have a shortcut placed on desktop that takes the user to the proxy settings box and allows you to turn off and on proxy - not ideal but works. There is another way around depedning on your router, you could have a seperate vlan setup by RM for certain ip addresses where the proxy is store on the router so the laptop does not need the proxy set up. We have this for our guest wifi.

I know its not much help, some staff have reported it removes all content from the page when they go back a page and replaces it with a blank page. Just upgraded to 2.6 and had no more reports unless staff arnt not reporting the issue beacuse I said I was looking into it.

We use RM broadband and safetynet - great service, good support and had no issues

I am struggling to get the microphone device to work over RDP from windows 10 to server 2019. Sound passes through no problem just not microphone. I have the RDP Connection setting as ‘remote audio recording – record from this computer ticked’. I have windows audio service running on the server. I have also allowed the GPO in administrate templates to allow audio recording redirection to enabled. I have ran GPupdate and restarted the server and the broker server. I still not able to get the microphone to work in the RDP session. PS the microphone works on windows 10.

I have set up some new IPADS for staff - deployed the school apps but they need to download their own personal choice apps to the device. We use lightspeed and Apple School Manager. I have created them an Apple ID in ASM - but when they come to sign in on the IPAD its asking them for their mobile number which they do want to put in. How can I get the managed IPADS to allow staff to download from the APP store?

I have used a company that charged 900 a day, another one charges 600 a day for project work. I have a 3rd line support contract for 300 a month, excluding 1st, 2nd line and project work. Our internet company provides network support contracts, so does our County Council, all have their advantages and disadvantages and cost varies. I like the support contract I have in place, as I am the only technician in a large primary school.

I have set up vnc on the mac, use it as a print server for sending photos from ipads to network. I have to add myself as an admin network/myusername and then authenticate. I have the mac as a static ipaddress I also turned on network discovery

Can you browse to their C drive from your machine? If i remember correctly I had to enable the SMB in windows features on their computer, restarted their computer and then tried to access their C drive, once I could access their C drive from my machine I did a Solus check and pushed out SIMS

Our port number is 8443, we are with RM had to request I and outbounds to the iPaddress followed by port number. I have the cloud key setup on the DC with the unfiltered proxy set I still can’t get email alerts though but can get everything else

I have a 75” board and had a display issue caused by a windows update with the firmware, I had to update board in the end (via the promethean management console) after a windows update. I originally thought it was a damaged cable but didn’t make a difference, went direct from pc to board, no luck. Think you can revert back to factory settings on board
