Is it getting to the Wi-Fi settings page in the first place that you find a pain? Because you should be able to create a home screen shortcut that takes you straight to the detected networks screen.

The first one - Windows XP Professional with Service Pack 3 (ISO) - should be fine.

Turn on hidden files and see if the lock files for these documents are still there. For example, for a document named Ducking Word Document.docx, the lock file will be named ~$cking Word Document.docx If they are there, delete them.

Agreed, it sounds like the disks have already been partitioned. Use the Disk Management console to remove all the partitions and convert it to a dynamic disk.

Is your CS5.5 volume licensed? Adobe have told me recently that only volume licensed software from them supports having the serial number filled in advance.

All I did was reboot the machines and the problem never recurred. I'm pretty sure my original diagnosis was correct, the MSI launches programs at the end of the install under the SYSTEM account, so you need a reboot to kill them.

Yeah, these are really no different size-wise to the Dell Streak. I have a Streak and wouldn't trade for any other screen size. People say it looks huge, but I've yet to find a trouser pocket it doesn't fit fine in, and if you're like me and use your phone more for Internet/texting than as a phone, it's brilliant. I frequently get asked about it when pull it out in public - most commonly "Is that an iPad?", after which I am met with utter surprise when I tell them something that nice looking is made by Dell. I also have the car kit and Google Navigation is fantastic on a screen that size. I do think the Streak's landscape-by-default interface looks nicer than the layout on the Note shown above, but I won't turn down a newer version of Android and a company that actually knows how to support it properly. Price does need to come down though, the rumours of what they will be asking is ridiculous.

In my last school, most of SMT had an additional screen to go with their laptop. At my current school, most of the staff are in the same category as those @CESIL has, so I haven't felt the need to offer any additional screens here - and we don't really have the money anyway.

If you truly mean changing his user profile to a different one from normal, then you would simply change his user account in AD to point to the new profile path. Personally I'd be more worried about why your Group Policy settings are apparently not working. Where in Group Policy did you try to set the proxy?

Must be something to do with BT's routing then; both the FTTC connections I use are resold (Zen and Plusnet) and have no issues of this kind.

Of the two FTTC installs I've seen so far (one of which is in our server room), both have consisted of a separate router and BT Openreach branded modem that by default operates as a PPPoE bridge. If you simply connect the modem directly to your existing equipment, it should do exactly what you are after. It's also worth noting that I have a Vonage line connected via this, which does use SIP unless I'm mistaken, and it works just fine.

CIE Group have a box that works both as a standard access point and connects to a normal projector (up to WXGA) to allow you to use it over the network (wired or wireless): Clever Little Box: Audio Visual Technology I saw it demonstrated at BETT in 2010 and with the small bit of client-side software it will even stream video overlay over 802.11g without skipping. I'm pretty sure it uses compression to achieve this, and obviously this was an idealised demo, but I was quite impressed nonetheless.

I don't think there are any free desktop email clients that can connect natively with Exchange. Zimbra Desktop is a free Outlook-like mail client, but can only connect to Exchange using IMAP, which doesn't offer the full functionality of Exchange.

Could try giving Wallis UK a ring, I seem to recall they do some universal remotes especially for AC units.
