Howdy! On the back of the highly successfull wasp cam I though I would hook up my Wireless Camera to my pc and stream my fish tank for a while. I have in there one 4 year old gold fish 2 grass carp and some small minoes also the addition of moss balls and more plants with snails etc will be added shortly. Yeah I use Wireshark and Agilent Network Analyzer Software to monitor traffic. We have a strange pattern at the moment for Multicast traffic, its going from 1/2 to 330/350 every few seconds and then back down again, we do have a fair amount of workstations so it may be some streaming media? D

Looks like it may have been some excessive jabbering on one of the ports of a switch in ICT. I have heard that this can be cased by EMI has anybody ever heard this before? D

ive noticed that shadow copy runs on our PDC and SDC at 12pm could this affect it, ive changed it to run at 12:30 to see if it happens later. Dan

Hi All, Having some trouble with network outages in one of our buildings. At approx 12:04 - 12:20 everyday the network in one of our buildings dies, not started to look in depth into this yet so just wondering if anybody has any ideas? D

Hi All, I am having real trouble with one of our users E-Mail Accounts, she can send and receive as normal. When she receives say E-Mails she can open and read them as normal. But when she logs out and logs back in again a few hours later to see if she has any new messages theone that were there this morning have gone. I have tested this and its true as I was a bit dubious to start with! Any ideas andybody? I'v looked on the mailbox storage and it is showing that she has over 200 emails in her storage box but none of them are showing up! Dan:mad:

Hi All, Just wondering if anybody knows of an easier way to extract flash files from Smart Notebook, currently I use a C++ tool as an EXE that has to be ran from cmd. To do this I insert the flash files I want to use into a Smart Notebook file then export to Powerpoint. From Powerpoint I drag and drop the embedded flash files onto my desktop as Scrap files. I then use extractaflash to extract the flash SWF files. This is a very long process when you have 100+ to do. If you know any other ways please let me know I would be very gratefull. Thanks D

Hi, SirBenny is right, you can ask ghost to split the image into DVD sized chunks then burn these chunks to DVD, run ghost as normal then just load the first image of the first DVD, when this image has completed it will prompt you for the second etc etc etc.... D

We have a good 4 - 5 inches of snow here at Kings School Pontefract, its pretty bad! Sat in the office, im the only person here apart from the care taker. D

I must agree timbo it is a very good piece of software for classroom management we use it in all our ICT suites and the teachers love it, untill it freezes their machies. D

Hi, We doubt that it is the Infrastructure as we have removed the Program from one room and the freezing has not happeded for over 1 week. So it does look like the problem is software based. D
