Nope. I would "donate" these bits to myself. As a council taxpayer I`m entitled to to take reasonable amounts to the recycling site free of charge! As for wiping HDDs .......... lump hammer does the job reasonably effectively

AFAIK...... If I take the MoBo, HDD and PSU out of the system cases it no longer contains items that come under the WEEE regulations. Therefore I should then be able to put the cases in the skip. The MoBos, HDDs and PSUs can then be put into a box and taken to the LA Household Recycling centre a few at a time. Any thoughts? Still working on what to do with the CRTs!!

Music dept throwing out an old Peavey Combo as it was wrecked. Aha! A few minutes with a soldering iron and some cable and it fits nicely under my desk!! Connected to my workstation which has the usual external drive for storing "Ahem, ........... 8GB of `work` files." Feet up while I do some routine stuff. Fired up Wolfmother. AAAArghhhh!!! Coffee everywhere!!!! Can`t reach volume knobs without moving chair out of the way!!! :? Think I should have checked volume first!!!!! :oops: Still, means I don`t need new knobs which go up all the way to 11.

TRSDOS Compatibility is always an issue with you. You feel the world has passed you by. Time has not treated you well. boll***s .............. but strangely true!!!

We have used NSO for several years. We have found their kit to be competitively priced and uses quality components. However the main reason we stick with them is their support which has been excellent. (This may have something to do with the fact that one of their senior engineers lives over the road and was the teckie here some years ago!!! ) big up Mark!!!

No need to reboot when error status indicated ......... just plug in the nipple interface and empty the recycle bin while holding breath (and avoiding further file deletion until recycle bin is restored). I`ve had 4 (in fact got 8 now I`ve remarried!!!), but all now upgraded to teenix and twentynix so require less administration. Congrats!!!!

Just had a flyer from PNLTools who now have a connector for UMRA (User Management Resource Administrator. ....... a visual scripting tool) which links SIMS/CMIS to AD. linky Anyone else tried this? I note that a demo is available.

Welsh, Cornish, Manx and Brettons were one celtic group (or tribe if you will) who were also spread throughout England but were pushed westwards following invasion by Angles and Saxons.
