Notice no media coverage of the problems caused by vans full of drunken Rangers supporters on motorways, service stations and various towns en route from Glasgow to Manchester,...... coachloads of drunks urinating at the roadside etc. This was taking place the day before, Blackpool was full of 'em. I also really object to the sectarian songs and abuse that you wouldn't even hear in parts of Ulster nowadays.

Nope!! A bird sees an ant and flies down to eat it. Driver brakes to avoid bird just as your Grandmother steps into road. Both breathe sigh of relief and go on their way. You go back in time and tread on an ant. Bird doesn't fly down as ant has been squashed earlier. Driver doesn't brake and hits Grandmother and kills her. Therefore you are never born. Teachers and kids back today though I've been in as usual, freezing since heating turned off every holiday. Not seen many teachers in over the two weeks!!! Briefing this morning ...... Headteacher going on about "everyone refreshed after a good break etc ..... Grrrrrrrrr!!!!! :mad:

Why? I think you will find that your own on-site technician would be more effective and give better value for money. See the BSF thread on this site. How about sharing tech support with another school in your area? This works for many Primary schools so should work for a small Middle/Secondary until you get proper staffing.

When I was employed on the dark side (a teacher) I actually taught three of my own kids, much to their horror. When I switched to my present role I instigated a rule that any kid found on inappropriate sites would have their network access blocked until their parents had been in to see me and the headteacher. ..................... .................... ....................
