  1. You're welcome. Now that youre in you can add more users by go into SCCM to Administration -> Security -> Administrative Users and add in your Domain Admins... well the ones you want to allow access.
  2. Check if you can access the SQL Database with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio. Under Security->Logins it should tell you who is able to access.
  3. What account did you use to install it? As surely that account should have access.
  4. @Boredguy watched a Webinar on this the other day; apparently this isn't affecting Schools on the OVS-ES license that have less then 1000 users.
  5. Haven't dabbled with it yet but interesting to hear... out of interest, are you having this with the free or paid for version?
  6. According to information regarding the iPhone, the reason they used glass now is for enabling wireless charging.
  7. Never had an issue with it hosted on our server to be honest. Technically from Windows 8 up you don't need a TPM to use Bitlocker, and could use a password. I've done this on a few Windows 10 machines which didn't have TPM replacing CompuSec which we used for Windows 7.
  8. Happy Birthday @ZeroHour and @DalekSec! And a Happy Royal Birthday to @ICTDirect_Dave.
  9. SCCM does install a component onto Windows 10, you can see if this successfully installs by going to C:\Program Files\Managed Defender. Found out Sophos needed to be cleanly wipped from the machines including deleting reminates of C:\Program Files\Sophos, C:\Program Files (x86)\Sophos and C:\ProgramData\Sophos. Also pushed Endpoint Protection policy above SCCM for good messure. Now deploying fine.
  10. So, out of interest... what does everyone think about the iPhone pluses? Is ~£100 worth it for an extra 0.8 inches of screen?
  11. F11 for £200?
  12. It's wise to, yes, which you will get the option to do after inital setup.
  13. The name space server is the one that tells the computer (when you browse to the name space) which server the files are actually held on. So simply it holds pointer records to where the files really are in case you decide to change where the path goes in the future. So when you go to \\FQDN\DFSNameSpace$\Share it will check the DFS Namespace server to find out where the files are actually held. Tip: When asked for the share name, I would recommend putting a $ at the end to hide the DFS root, so when someone browses \\FQDN\ they don't see it listed.
  14. I'm the only one that uses mine though. My gf knows the pin even if she did want access, and my little woofer isn't interested in it.
  15. Maybe, but I seem to get that for the fingerprint scanner on my iPad Mini sometimes, even though the Mini has been on and not rebooted.
  16. Then how come when the Red car and the Blue car had a race, the blue car won... and something about the Milky Way. Next project... spray painting?
  17. Well it all depends on how many machines you have as well. I know those on SWGfL can get it from £8 per device. https://www.phoenixs.co.uk/swgfl-sophos/
  18. I love Wayback Machine... so from release in September 2016, the iPhone 7 128GB has gone down by £50. Not much of a budge.
  19. Personally I like the idea of the CEL-56P.
  20. So when are you leaving, and could you purchase something for me before you return please?
  21. They have been doing that for a long time. We do have 20% VAT as well.
  22. Oh, sorry guys, I have been unplugging the Router to make one of my Tassimo coffees...
  23. We've used LaptopsAndSpares.com in the past. The original and non-original products have worked well for us. Laptops and Spares
  24. This only appears to be happening on Windows 10 devices. Windows 7, Windows 2008, 2008 R2, 2012 R2 all deploy fine. In SCCM I am recieving the following: Deployment State: Failed Deployment Return Code: 0x80070643 Deployment Discription: Cannot complete the System Center Endpoint Protection installation. An error has prevented the System Center Endpoint Protection setup wizard from completing successfully. Please restart your computer and try again. Error code:0x80070643. Fatal error during installation. Endpoint Protection Client Version: Restarting doesn't help at all. Anyone have any ideas?
  25. Hopefully not on the Thermite.
