If they are on the same network... TightVNC (or another free VNC) could be installed on the desktop/laptop and then a VNC app from the App Store installed on the iPad. You would need to set a View Only password. It would be worth creating scripts to enable or disable the service on the desktop/laptop... as you don't want them working on some data sensitive work and the kid being able to see it on the iPad.

Well, you have a couple of options above now... but what I find more shocking is this is posted in the Windows Server 2008 Thread. Please tell me you are moving away from that before the 14th of January 2020.

Errrr... you do realise that the time changes with every Windows 10 Build release, right? https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/13853/windows-lifecycle-fact-sheet -

Schools Broadband In-line Filter down?
DJ-1701 replied to snagrat's topic in Internet Related/Filtering/Firewall
Who said it was Mr Tindall that reported this? Being civil is special treatment? How? This forum was created to help. Logic suggests if you are having an issue to state the issue, if you have a fix, state the fix. We all face frustration with so many things, and it can be hard walking a line of getting your message across and being polite, but at the end of the day we are all human and having a go at someone that is trying to help you in a public place isn't very professional now is it? -
....No

No, it's not excessive... it's crazy!

As you work in what you have describe previously as a busy industry now, do you have another HyperV to load the affected VMs on while you diagnose the network issue? If not, might be something to think of going forward for both sanity and DR reasons.

I was a die hard Firefox user for a long time, but Chrome certainly seems to have improved over the years. Macs too ironically...

Do you use UEV? If so... https://github.com/DJ-1701/UEV-GoogleChrome My understanding is that this will be released separately to the build, so should be able to install it through the Microsoft Store for Education... if you have the Microsoft Store on LTSC.

Google Chrome, it seems to be the best one for handling websites these days. Will be moving over to Edge once the new Chromium release of Edge is out in January.

I am ecstatic to say they arrived! Thanks very much! No sign of any posties wearing any VeryPC socks... yet... but if I do see any, I will wax lyrically about you before removing the socks. -

Ask @Boredguy... he never seems to eat chocolate, I remember one time a few years back he had some chocolate, and left it for so long it needed to go in the bin. -
