What OS does it run? -
Nothing mentioned on their website Wings and Beer – A sports bar where sport matters & dedicated to the cause. Free range wings & handmade burgers, proper craft beer & ciders and real cocktails & fresh coffee. But I guess you could give them a tweet or a call.

Plus, they might not get another MacOS update after this one, as they just made the cut this time around. Still lovely for a home machine though. I should have moved quicker.

You have to install the VNC Server client on the machine, and just a VNC Viewer on the iPad. You can get a view only password by right clicking the icon in the System Tray, selecting Configuration... and on the Server tab press the Set... button for view only password.
