  1. The same as every other browser.
  2. Ahhh In script editor, run the script, then permissions pop up
  3. I also get this now.
  4. We are with BT Lancashire and we are seeing worse and worse connectivity with Teams from within School.
  5. Nope, you need GAM for that gam print courses | gam csv - gam course ~id add teacher <>
  6. Hi all, We are seeing an issue in School where some cannot reach login.microsoftonline.com . It seems Teams uses this to grab the login page. Now this is happening to random users, both app and the web version. I thought it might have been a Chrome update but its even doing it in IE11. The only other thing we have done/are doing is rolling out the latest Teams and using the machine-wide installer. Could that update be messing up accessing the login page? Even if you try and reach login.microsoftonline.com in IE11? We are on Roaming profiles here (again, could that be messing with things?) We rang BT Lancashire who shrugged. So has anyone else had any weird goings on with accessing login.microsoftonline.com and logging into Teams?
  7. We've had a couple of the HP laptops returned so they can be redistributed to other Pupils. Has anyone else done this? Are they setup with any easy reset or is it just the case of going through them and wiping manually? I want to leave it with the usual localuser auto login
  8. Yeah it's utterly ridiculous and Microsoft recommend 3gb per user profile... So we either deploy to Appdata, which will take up lots of room however auto updates or Stick with where we are, have it installed machine-only and manually update every three months..
  9. We use PDQ however not PDQ Link, so with most teachers at home I can't update easily. If only I had looked into PDQ Link earlier..
  10. Yeah we have started seeing the "old version" message. So they want each profile to have an extra 300mb+ ... nice little hit to server space!
  11. It seems Google Meet as a whole is having issues today, certainly for us. Strange little glitches.
  12. Didn't do too badly, it appeared about 10.30 this morning!

Mines alright on medium settings on a FX 6300 with a 970 GTX however I'm using 24gb ram..
  14. 5600x in stock at scan. Bit pricier at £323 but I've gone for it!
  15. Here you go Support and maintenance - Get support guides for laptops, tablets and 4G wireless routers - GOV.UK (education.gov.uk)
  16. Yeah my suspicions were confirmed when I tested a projector earlier. Still useful in some parts around the School though.
  17. Another power question.... Some of our projectors only have USB mini. Will it still draw power through an adapter?
  18. I've been looking and I reckon it'll be next year now. Scan still have a few hundred pre-orders to fill so unless it's a substantial restock, I've given up hope!
  19. I thought I'd check sites for a laugh at 2pm and... I couldn;t
  20. I'm sat here waiting for 5600x stock to come back in ..
  21. Hi all, Currently we have AD and SIMS on site and use GC for remote learning. I have been manually updating GC with CSV's etc however for the next School year, I would like these automated. I know you can do it through Salamander etc however I want to do some of my own testing. Does GSuite have a test domain, or test facility, where I can try syncs out but not disturb the primary domain? I've noticed there is a "test-google-a.com" domain in my GSuite but its not immediately clear if this is useful or not. How did everyone else manage testing when moving from manual to an auto setup? Thanks
  22. So essentially for Google for Education customers, nothing changes? It's still unlimited?
  23. Do these draw enough power from a projector usb socket or do you need a usb plug for the mains?
  24. I've rolled it out today. All seems good. I'm shocked.
  25. I've downloaded it but been too busy to implement. Not seen many bad reports though..
