No, just install the client here are the ports that need unblocking, you can download them from the help area when you're signed in to Meraki

If it's not signed you can inject it in to the image using DISM

^^^^colour accuracy over 4K - what cameras are they shooting with? You would need a highend body and good glass to see the difference. The Dell 2415 monitors aren't bad bang for buck unless you look at Eizo which are £££'s or ££££'s If using SSD's and lightroom put the catalogs, OS etc on SSD and a raid array for storage - just my 2p

@Bobby_Moore I only synced 400GB with Insync - it took a while but now the initial sync has been done its fine. Apparently in the next version they are removing the 2 item upload limit. What issues have you found with the sync times?

I normally do it no questions asked if it's in normal school hours...after all they are paying for my time so if they want me to take photos that's fine. I do run a photography business on the side and the school know it saves them money for me to do it so they are normally flexible with me regarding time off etc.
