Hi Guys, Does anyone know of an app that allows you to draw on the board/annotate on to documents when the boards are driven by Chromebooks? I'm looking to swap classroom desktops for Chromebooks, obviously I can use Classflow but the teachers hate it. Was hoping they could use Google Slides and then annotate etc but that doesn't seem to be the case. Wondering if I could get away with them using Jamboard.... Thanks

I think if your current DC's are 2016 or above if you delete via AD it cleans all the metadata and stuff for you automatically.

Hi, One of the biggest hurdles i've come across migrating schools data to GSuite is getting things like shared drives up to in Google Drive. Google Drive/Filestream client can't seem to handle 1000's of folders being uploaded I've noticed Filezilla Pro can upload direct to Google Drive. Has anyone used this method? I'm trialling it at the moment but after experience from anyone that used it. Anything has to be better than clicking and dropping folders manually. Thanks

are the accounts in different OU's? I was told by google that you had to allow "allow users to delegate mailboxes" on the OU of the account you want to delegate the and OU of the account that will be viewing the mailbox.

What about keeping them local but have a script that runs on logoff that copies the catalog to a network share? how big are your catalogs?

If your catalog becomes corrupt yes you lose all non destructive changes, you will also have to re-import all the files again. You can build smart previews which allow to store your RAW files on disconnected storage then when the device is reconnected the changes are pushed back. I'll be honest I think performance might be an issue to keeping a catalog on a network drive, I'm not sure how many files your dealing with but the catalogs could contain 10's of thousands of files and performance would slow down as more files are added.

No sure on the exact technicalities but could you mount the network drive as iSCSI in Windows 10?

Hi Guys, Happy New Year to you all. I'm hoping to turn on 2FA for all staff users on GSuite and was hoping to get the phone prompt feature working rather than buying keys or having to get staff to install the Authenticator app etc. There seems to be an issue where when my phone is connected to the school WiFi Google says my phone is offline and won't display the prompt to authorize the sign in. Does anyone know what port its trying to communicate on? Thanks
