    How would they know that it's a pupil from your school? I'd report the whole thing to the police, your safeguarding lead will probably have a contact for a liason officer, as it's either a scam, or something that should be reported to the police anyway.

    My trashed files don't show at all, maybe they've been restored back from the trash?

    In the drive settings, does it show anything under storage -> view items taking up storage. You can also check "view storage details" as it may be gmail attachments

    This, and SOLUS ignores where an existing install was, so if sims was installed manually to the default folder it goes in (x86), solus then comes along and "updates" it by installing in the specified folder "program files"

    Can't be done externally with .local. Either set up a local CA, or use an alternate UPN

    I've seen sims updates leave 2 versions of sims on a machine, one in program files and one in program files (x86). I've seen shortcuts not updated so they are launching the old version before.
