  1. no, the machines that have been affected are all desktops with a LAN connection
  2. can't believe it.... there is 2 versions on the machines do you know a) why it would do that, and b) how to make it install under x86 or at least make it so that all machines install in the same place? that is really going to mess with the shared start menu...
  3. I removed their profile through the system info > System Properties window then removed any folders that were left in the C Drive. I have never used DelProf before

Hi, We rolled out the SIMS Autumn 2019 Update (7.190.31.0) on Monday Evening it mostly went well, but we have had a couple of users who have been experiencing incompatible database issues, but it is only affecting that one user on that one machine so when I log onto the machine it is fine or if they log into a different machine it is fine. I have tried redeploying from solus, reinstalling manually and removing the users cached profile from the machine itself. Any ideas at all would be appreciated, Thanks, Matt
