We are a MAT with the hosted PSF solution. We moved from in-house PSF to their hosted solution. Our finance team are based in one office, headteachers have access to the web portal. Had no issues that I am aware of. We've been a customer for around 5 years +.

You had issues with condensation and now damp... you need to get someone in to have a look.

We were affected, teaching staff were affected. Everyone was affected. We have loads of cloud based services. My feelings are that SB are getting a lot of stick for something they didn't plan, and did their utmost to fix. No I do not work for them, but I feel they deserve some credit. They are not a bad company at all, like some have made out.

There are some right miserable sods on here. Some people like a moan. We had 3 hours of downtime. The longest downtime from schools broadband in 5+ years of service across 8 schools. It couldn't be helped. Yes it was frustrating, yes it was an inconvenience, but life goes on. We had lots of services affected, and although a concern, we got through it... I always say a good teacher will have a backup, and not rely on technology.

All staff have full access to student areas as a mapped drive. No issues - most staff don't even know it's there! If they alter students work, that is their issue and nothing to do with me.

It would be a 'networking' meeting. My business manager is always saying I should speak to other schools. I don't see why we can't all get together in work time for this sort of discussion. Makes more sense. My opinion obviously.

Hell yes. There is nothing worse than running in poorly fitted trainers. You will cause yourself some injury long term. Lots if good independent running shops all over the country. Yes you will pay more, but you get the personal treatment. Also, the trainer type depends on what sort of running you are going to be doing - trail or road?
