Why don't you create a query finding the data you require and then create a report from the query you've just created? Thats how i'd do it or am I getting the wrong end of the stick?

These are my settings as you can see i have narrowed the it down to use per ou rather than telling the user settings 4 or 5 times to do the same thing. I'd try to remove all the proxy settings from all your policies and create a seperate policy for internet settings and apply it to the seperate ou's that require internet access. then a good gpupdate /force always does the trick! You can do this by using csvde to get an export of usernames. forgot all the switches and so on but i'm sure a quick google will bring something up.

The other thing could be the contention ratio in your area?

not sure about the spec of the machine you'd need but the software that i use and the kids find quite easy is adobe premier elements.

i would agree with MK-2 sounds like a shortcut issue.

do a fresh install of windows that way if it reoccurs you know you have a hardware issue rather than a software issue.
