Is it running as a remote desktop or as a remote app? If as a desktop then it should work if telnet has been enabled, if not then I'd ask Capita to enable it so you can do some diagnostics. TBH, if Capita are hosting it and it's their software then really its up to them to find a solution.

From the computer you are setting up the BACS, have you tried connecting to the SMTP server using telnet on port 25 and sending a test email? Instructions for doing this are here - How To Test Exchange SMTP operations using Telnet We had problems setting FMS BACS up here using our internal Exchange server, the solution was to set up a seperate SMTP connector, don't know if this can be done in Office 365.

IIRC Sky Go doesn't support HDMI from a tablet, or streaming to another device. Only way of getting Sky Go would be to attach a PC to the TV. Other alternative is a Now TV box, but you would have to pay £8.99 subscription.

As long as you have evidence (such as a purchase invoice) that the machine came with an OEM license for Windows then you're ok. There is no need to activate the OEM version, once you have a Volume Licence Agreement you just install that version, you will be issued with MAC and KMS keys to do this.

Speak to a decent MS Licensing specialist and they will sort you out. There may be another issue is if machines have been bought without Windows licenses as all programs such as EES are upgrade licences from OEM or full retail Windows. EES isn't best for all schools, it really does need some number crunching as Schools Agreement can be more cost effective depending on number of staff and number of computers.

You're probably in the area where a Schools Agreement would be cheaper than an EES agreement. You might also want to look at buying the licenses outright rather than a subscription if you have a long lifecycle for desktop and server OS upgrades. I would go and speak to a MS licensing reseller and get some quotes for all the options.

Adobe are relaunching their edu agreements in the middle of May, it would be best holding off until then as the pricing will be a lot better.
