Might be a backward way of doing it and I've not tested it fully, but perhaps you could try the following: Have a Formula for Data Review column which will do a Tally on your Banked Grade column with all the grades in it (can be hidden) Have a Formula for Data Entry/Review (depending on whether you want to save the result) as an If Then Else formula The If Then Else should do an If the Data Review Column equals 1, then the Column Equals the Banked Grade, Else the Column equals the Banked/Predicted column Hopefully it should give you want your after.

Those classes with the multiple ticked will have more then 1 teacher assigned to them on the timetable throughout the week and therefore SIMS creates multiple marksheets, one per teacher. The Supervisor listed in the box further along will be the member of staff who is defined as the Main Class Teacher within the timetable from memory.

How does EEA compare to ETLA? I was told that EEA was Adobe's offering to schools and like @Arthur had been told that ETLA was for Higher Education authorities or those with an extremley high number of FTE. The only way we could make EEA work was if we had about 5 times the number of Staff to licence at which point the EEA agreement, with no iminent threat of the price being increased because nobody reacted badly to that price bracket, made perfect sense. The lower price bracket I've heard is still subject to a promotional discount to be removed at Adobe's discretion (and something they plan to do). I might need to go back and look at ETLA if that is the case that any school can sign up....

What is your DNS looking like? Has it updated to reflect the fact that the 0.2 address has changed back to 0.1? Might be worth flushing the DNS cache on the server and then reregistering it with DNS and then flushing the DNS cache on a client, give it a restart and see if that helps sort things out?

Strange.... I've had it installed 2 weeks and, touch wood, not had any problems to date. Does reinstalling SIMS help the issue?

The best one is you redeploy an update to a single machine, that machine fails again and then the status for the redeployment says Partially successfull (I remember Rawns having that before, I had it for 2 redploys earlier this week)

I think the information box is there simply because you can create a Rule with Rights Protection to a message, which is the bit that uses RMS. For RMS you need A3 or higher. Mail Rules are included in A2 and we use them for various things as well (otherwise, that's a large part of simple Exchange functionality gone).

After you have manually installed the agent, you will need to allocate it within your update environment. If you go into your update environment, select SIMS Workstation, Add and then instead of Browse AD computers, select Browse Agent Computers, your manually installed agent should be listed there. Save the changes and then SIMS should automatically install it's self. If it doesn't, you can always go back into your deployment history and just redeploy that update to your server on it's own and it should update it.

Ours go to sleep, but not enforced through Group Policy, just the standard Windows Power settings. I have noticed recently that a few haven't been going to sleep which has been caused by having Office documents open but I've not investigated that fully yet....

It's annoying because I know what I want to do and how to do it, but SIMS isn't able to cope with it I discovered later on that the report I was trying to run would never run because it had too many subreports (the screenshot I've attached here http://www.edugeek.net/forums/mis-systems/128768-advanced-reports-excel.html#post1101956) and just gave an error so a marksheet seems to be the only way to do it. Unless those of you who have been on the advanced reporting course can suggest a better way of pulling out data of 25 Aspects using the standard SIMS reports?

That is what I meant and I have managed to do it in Assessment using a combination of Tally Columns and Nested If then Else statements for the colour coding however I would have still prefered to done this through the reporting dictionary so that anybody could access it at any time rather then having to have someone export the completed marksheet, unprotect it, remove some headings and the unnecessary shading and some other general tidying up every term. (I know I am being picky, however assessment does my head in!)

Are you sure it's not available as an update? I'm almost certain it popped up on our WSUS server before Christmas. In the Update Catalog it's come under the Update Rollups category, not 100% sure how SCCM works but perhaps you just need to double check the products it's looking for updates for? Either that or possibly just import it from Microsoft Update Catalog (search either Internet Explorer 11 or 2841134 and it's on the 2nd page)

If it's being set for local users then it may also be a settings that's made it into the Local Group Policy somewhere/somehow, or it's being applied as a computer setting. Run RSOP on an affected machine and if you go and navigate to the GPO setting then it will tell you which GPO has applied it under the precedence tab.
