Yeah, they are stretching it out - first film is about the journey, finding the ring - 2nd film is a continuation of the story and the 3rd will be the epic finale. But the 2nd film ending really sets up the 3rd - I would recommend watching the 2nd definitely (I never saw the 1st one, and I could follow it with ease)

For the number you have, I would recommend Meraki. Meraki is a free online cloud based solution that allows you to manage them from your chair. You can push apps, settings and other content via the Dashboard interface. It used to be a single company but now owned by Cisco. https://meraki.cisco.com/products/systems-manager In terms of the cameras, iOS Restriction Policies have a setting to disable the camera completely. Meraki also has this setting.
