Helloo, Upon speaking to Sumdog about a data sharing agreement they have informed me that the data is held outside the EEA (*yay* - more headaches...) They said they would be sending stuff out and adopting a new privacy policy to customers by the compliance date. Hope that helps anyone.

Biometric data is slightly different as it comes under the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 which already requires us to erase biometric if requested by child (regardless of their age)
