Didn't Lucas originally write all plot all nine back in the 70's? I'm sure my brother has a magazine which came out around the time of Ep 1. which detailed what happened next, I recall some kind of battle on the Wookie homeworld and Chewy dies in episode 7 or 8.

Which model is it? I'll have a look on the service site to see if there are any recalls or modifications to the bracket. And have you dismantled and re-wired the airbag connector under the seat? That's a common issue on Pugs - the connection gets kicked by the feet of rear passengers.

Can't recommend these highly enough. I see some with 150,000 miles on the clock and they still look great - no rust and no wear to the seats (unless it's a D-turbo or late model Meridian with half leather, then the driver's seat edges do wear a little). Parts are cheap and there's very little computer-wise under the bonnet to go wrong. PM me if you see one and I'll send you a checklist of things to look out for. I can even put you in touch with someone local to you who can give it a once over with the Peugeot diagnostics equipment if it's new enough (1998 onwards). Any reason why? I tire of people moaning about Pug electrics when they've not even owned one, or the fault is due to poor maintenance by the current or previous owner.

Excellent episode on Thursday, great plot and the interaction between Cat and Kryten was just superb.

Much better than the first episode, it was comedy gold when Lister picked up his guitar. I'm not too sure about Cat's role though, it looks like they're struggling a little, and returning to the old "this is mine" bit. I think his best moments were navigating Starbug when they spent the series on there.

Do you have any other logins? There is a patch (11602) to reset the SYSMAN account.

I thought it was too loud too, and there were some bits with laughter on when the characters just said a word or sentence which wasn't funny. I was hoping I could find an example to compare it to and here it is: Funny Simpsons Moment - Mr Burns - YouTube

Same here, simple batch files to WOL or shutdown for each room, set as scheduled tasks and spaced a few minutes apart. You can overcome the "hang" of a shutdown script if the PC is already off by just scheduling the WOL script two minutes before.

Why should Clydesdale Bank bail out incompetent head teachers?

Did you see the laptop trolley and the machine with the sticker "not connecting to the internet". So the supplier is to blame for that now? We have some Lenovos that also won't connect to the internet. I must complain to Insight about it. Or should I just make sure that the device has drivers and has the wireless enabled? And if that doesn't work perhaps contacting Lenovo for warranty issues. Why has the BBC gone for this dumbed down level of tabloid style scandal-outrage raising reporting?

Oh dear, I think this is backfiring. Its just showing incompetence in the heads of the schools featured. Don't get me wrong, I've no time for these kind of companies shown in the programme. But if the heads are having the wool pulled over their eyes by a simple salesman, what other failings are present at the school? Do heads not have to have any business or finance sense? What about the "three quotes" rule for purchases over a few thousand pounds?

Watching it now. Not impressed by the excuses the head has come up with for being conned with those laptops in the first story. If she felt out of her depth, why didn't she seek further advice?

The early facelifted Micra had a few issues, but that's common with a lot of new models which enter the market. The buyers become the guinea pigs, and based on their long term ownership experience and feedback, that goes to improving the later models and ironing out the bugs that don't appear for the short time manufacturers test the cars.
