Small update. The scope is delivering IP addresses and I can go on to internet and ping the clients on the other subnet. But I am unable to rdp or network browse to clients on the other subnet. Is that a router thing or something else?

So we had 1000 addresses and we are maxing out so we have been given an additional range by SWGfL of 4000 addresses. We don't want to have to move all our fixed devices to the new range so SWGfL have done whatever on the router so the two ranges can talk to each other. Looking at creating a DHCP superscope and just wondered if anyone has one? If so here's some questions: 1) Does the DHCP server need an IP on each subnet? 2) What DNS should the second range provide? I assuming it's the DC IP as normal or do I have to give my DCs second IPs as well. 3) Any traffic crossing subnets, and there will be a lot as the data server is on the smaller subnet, will need to be passed through the router right? Will that cause a bottleneck at all?

We've just rolled out Win10 to nearly 200 Surfaces, mixed of Pro 2, 3 and Pro 3 and had no issue with drivers at all. All built from SCCM with the Driver Packs from MS downloads

Affected laptops have been tested with a 1m cable direct to the device. We are trying a powered hub next week but it wouldn't be an ideal fix. I'll check BIOS although the newer laptops should have the latest on and be the same on all.

We have several customers with Fujitsu A544 and A514 laptops that will not connect to Smartboards or LCD panels. However out of say 10 supplied and built in exactly same way, 5 work and 5 won't. Those they do will work on any board, those that don't won't work or any board so it is a laptop issue. Any ideas why this might be? Other USB devices work. The error is that the USB is not recognised and has malfunctioned. All drivers are up to date.

I'm not talking about their home folder I'm talking about the SYSVOL folder that stores all the GPO files. If you don't have the correct permissions you can make a change but it just doesn't save the change

I've had this previously where the permissions on SYSVOL were incorrect so the users did not have write permissions. As a test just try changing another settings and see if that saves
